CreevX is excited to announce its successful collaboration with NI Water, delivering improvements in sustainability and compliance across a wide range of their sites.
The partnership began in February 2020, when CreevX introduced a smart, automated approach to water management at NI Water’s Westland headquarters. This system helps ensure compliance with important health and safety regulations by automating weekly water flushing and remotely checking temperatures. With real-time data, NI Water teams gained greater visibility into water usage, making it easier to manage and monitor water safety.
Following the success of the Westland headquarters project, NI Water extended the CreevX Smart Water solution to over 70 sites throughout Northern Ireland. This innovative approach has allowed NI Water to manage their water systems more efficiently across many of their remote locations, significantly reducing the need for routine on-site visits.
With one centralized platform, a single operator can now monitor and manage all sites, receiving updates and reports on water conditions with ease. This not only boosts efficiency but also supports NI Water’s commitment to sustainable practices by reducing the environmental impact of frequent travel.
CreevX and NI Water are continuing to assess the financial and environmental benefits of this collaboration. Early results show potential cost savings of over 60% and an estimated reduction of 15 tonnes of carbon emissions annually, highlighting the positive impact of this partnership.
